Please note that this is not yet a binding confirmation of your company's participation and/or stand space. This will be part of the official admission.

If you have not yet provided us with any further information regarding your stand space requirements on the application form, please inform us immediately. Information on partner companies which should be placed next to you or competitors next to whom you do not wish to present yourself directly will help us with the new layout.

After successful stand allocation, you will receive official admission documents and the invitation to register for the Online Order System (OOS) by e-mail in May. Please note that the e-mail address provided in the application serves as your user name for the OOS as well as your personal exhibitor profile on the CARAVAN SALON website.

Please be assured that we consider all your stand location requests and try our best to meet your needs. After the official application deadline on 24. February 2023 we will contact you regarding a stand space offer in May 2023.
