Kehl, August 6, 2025- With the Papillon PC 6.0, Bürstner is presenting a new, consistently reduced campervan based on the Citroën Jumper low-frame for the 2026 model season. The Papillon is aimed at campers who consciously want to do without superfluous things - but value the right essentials: sleeping well, not freezing, being able to wash themselves, cooking easily - even away from the campsite. And all this from an entry-level price of €39,999 - a real statement in a growing market.
Compact, functional - and deliberately simple
The Papillon PC 6.0 is based on a 6-meter short chassis with a transverse bed in the rear. Despite its compact dimensions, it offers a surprising amount of space - and above all: a deliberately reduced but well thought-out basic configuration. The most important components:
The toilet is selectable - depending on preference: chemical, dry-disconnect or weld-in toilet. The Papillon can be optionally equipped with a pop-up roof for additional sleeping space.
From the marketing department
"With the Papillon, we are consciously taking a step back to the origins of camping: to essential equipment that allows you to feel at home away from a campsite. The interior can also be customized - and offers everything you really need as a base. Back to the roots - even in terms of price."
- Lea Isenmann, Head of Marketing & Communication, Bürstner
Positioning in the portfolio
