End users have enthusiastically embraced the new system. What is particularly convincing is that the
System can be installed by the operator himself. Both models, for single and
both single and twin cylinder systems, are screwed directly onto the gas cylinder. Thanks to the Crash
Sensor, the cylinder can always remain open, even while driving.
GOK has shown that gas supply in leisure vehicles can also be simple with the Caramatic
SafeDrive line, which the Lower Franconian fittings and regulator specialist launched in the spring

Compact and uncomplicated
The basic function of the Caramatic SafeDrive is the same as comparable models with a crash sensor
Sensor. It therefore ensures the correct gas pressure at the appliances and the integrated crash sensor
integrated crash sensor enables connected LPG appliances to be supplied with gas even
while driving. The gas cylinder can therefore always remain open.
However, the new compact design makes retrofitting and installation much easier than with conventional models.
Filter and hose rupture protection no longer required
As the system sits directly on the gas cylinder, the previously obligatory gas filters and hose
hose rupture protection are no longer necessary. On the one hand, this saves costs, but on the other hand
weight and space in the gas cylinder box and makes installation much more flexible.
Volker Lang explains: "By positioning the crash sensor directly on the cylinder, the entire pipe system is protected

Depending on requirements, the Caramatic SafeDrive for single-bottle systems or the Caramatic
SafeDrive PLUS for two-bottle systems are available. The system is rounded off by a
Caramatic BasicControl remote display for two-bottle systems rounds off the system. This means that campers
can always keep an eye on which gas cylinder is currently being used and can conveniently
from inside the vehicle and can plan when the gas cylinder needs to be replaced at the latest.
