All in CARAVANING 2026 (AIC), China’s leading trade fair for motorhomes and caravans, will take place from May 15 to 17, 2026, at the Shougang Convention & Exhibition Center in Beijing. As a key platform for the industry, the event will once again set benchmarks with an enhanced exhibition concept and a range of new interactive formats—appealing to both trade professionals and caravaning enthusiasts.
Continuous Development
“We are pleased with the strong starting position. With an exhibition area of 30,000 square meters and around 120 exhibitors, AIC 2026 is continuing to develop compared to the previous year. The event is further strengthening its role as a platform for business contacts and exchange, while also providing space for product presentations and practical insights,” says Stefan Koschke, Global Head Caravaning & Outdoor.
As a satellite event of the CARAVAN SALON DÜSSELDORF, the world’s largest trade fair for motorhomes, caravans and accessories, AIC has established itself in recent years as a relevant meeting point for the caravanning and camping industry in China. This year, the event is well positioned with clearly structured thematic areas, a refined brand presence and a supporting program tailored to its visitor profile.
Strong demand reflects positive market outlook
The sustained growth of the industry is clearly reflected in the high demand for exhibition space. By the end of March, the RV parts sector was fully booked, while around 80 percent of the vehicle area had already been reserved. Numerous leading domestic and international manufacturers have confirmed their participation.
Visitors can look forward to a comprehensive showcase of motorhomes, caravans, and accessories across various segments and price categories. An expanded outdoor area will further highlight themes such as lifestyle, leisure, sports, and family-oriented activities.
Experience-Driven formats create new highlights
In response to the growing trend toward customization and personalized travel, AIC 2026 will significantly expand its offering in this segment. The upgraded “RV Customization Trend Festival,” organized in cooperation with APAxpo, will present a larger, more diverse, and more professional showcase. Beyond customized vehicles, visitors can expect an inspiring experiential space featuring creative concepts and interactive elements.
Another key highlight is the “Outdoor Life Culture Festival,” a dedicated thematic area showcasing the diversity of modern mobile lifestyles. It will cover topics including RV travel and camping, new forms of mobile living, outdoor leisure, sports activities, and family experiences.
Building on the success of last year’s “AIC Lab,” which offered practical insights into the RV lifestyle, the format will evolve into “AIC SCHOOL” in 2026. Originally launched in 2019, this platform focuses on knowledge-sharing, inspiration, and interactive experiences related to caravaning and mobile travel.
A special highlight will once again be the appearance of Timo Boll. The German table tennis legend is set to attend AIC for the fourth time. In addition to engaging with exhibitors and sharing industry insights, he will once again delight visitors with table tennis activities and fan interactions. Further program highlights promise to deliver an engaging and dynamic show experience.
