The German Hiking Association (Deutscher Wanderverband) will be exhibiting in Hall 7, Stand D19, showcasing its Wanderbares Deutschland (Hiking Germany) quality initiative. For more than 20 years, the initiative has stood for the highest standards in hiking trails, hiking regions, accommodation, and hospitality.

It is also the perfect place to discover wanderbar! – The Magazine for Hiking Happiness and Nature Enjoyment, featuring inspiring travel stories, practical tips, and stunning photography. During the show, visitors can pick up a free copy of the magazine while supplies last.
The programme is complemented by an exciting expert forum, which this year focuses on Young Hiking. On Wednesday, 2 September, from 10:30 a.m., the sessions will explore topics relevant to younger hikers, including urban walking adventures, trekking experiences, and digital content. Immediately following the forum, at 3:00 p.m. on the Travel & Nature Connected Stage in Hall 7, the hiking trails newly certified over the past few months as "Qualitätswege Wanderbares Deutschland" (Quality Trails – Hiking Germany) will be officially honoured with their certificates.
