As of now you can secure your admission tickets: the tickets stating your hall and stand number guide your guests free of charge to CARAVAN SALON and right to you. Admission Vouchers with Codes

Direct your guests right to your trade fair stand: entrance vouchers with your hall and stand number printed on them bring your customers into the CARAVAN SALON free of charge. A customer retention tool that pays off – we invoice only the vouchers that are actually used. Order deadline: 15 August 2015.

Trade Visitor and Media Day on 28 August 2015

Over 192,000 visitors: this is the number of fans from all over the world expected at CARAVAN SALON 2015 in Düsseldorf. The first day of the fair, 28 August, is reserved for trade visitors and press representatives. Please keep this Friday at the forefront of your mind when planning stand staff requirements to ensure a proper reception for your guests on the Trade Visitors and Media Day.

Put your money on strong, reliable signal strength: order individual W-LAN access for your trade fair stand, complete with a unique SSID and access code. If you would like to operate your own private W-LAN, please fill out an application, so that we may ascertain whether your W-LAN components are approved for use in our frequency range. You will find everything you need to know about using W-LAN during German trade fairs here.

Waste / Disposal

It not only saves time – it also simplifies your pre-sorting: allow the experts to take care of your waste disposal. At the beginning of the trade fair, you will receive wastebasket liner sets in different colours that support effective waste separation. The service partners pick up your recyclables every day after the trade fair closes.

Fraud Alert!

We are currently seeing an increasing number of fake invoices being sent out to exhibitors. These invoices aim to give the impression of being connected with your trade fair participation and use the logos and trademarks of Messe Düsseldorf and/or its partners for this purpose.

Please only pay invoices that you can clearly attribute to an order you have placed with Messe Düsseldorf or our partners (customer number) and compare bank details with the accounts of Messe Düsseldorf (www.messe-duesseldorf.com).
