Welcome to the final stages of preparing for your trade fair – in just six weeks’ time, you will be greeting your guests at CARAVAN SALON! We are therefore sharing a few more tips and deadlines today that are important for your participation in the fair.

Here, you will find all the topics and deadlines that now matter when it comes to planning your trade fair appearance.

Please note that a late-order surcharge of 35% will be applied to orders for technical services received after 27 July 2024.

Admission Vouchers

If you’d like to encourage customers and other interested parties to come to a decision, we suggest that you use our voucher codes and invite them to visit you at your trade fair stand. Wondering how it works? It’s very simple actually. You send them a digital voucher, and the recipient then picks up their e-ticket online, using the code.

PLEASE NOTE and inform your customers about the following procedure:

• Admission vouchers can only be redeemed in the CARAVAN SALON online ticket shop. An on-site redemption will not be possible.

A well-maintained exhibitor profile increases your digital reach and improves the findability of your company and your products within the exhibitor and product database.

Go for high-performance & safe access: book your wireless Internet access direct, only from Messe Düsseldorf. There is only one official WiFi supplier – our partner Deutsche Telekom. The new “Business-HOTSPOT” products offer you all possibilities. Please note: operating your own Access Points / WiFi routers at the Exhibition Centre is not permitted. Installation of this kind by exhibitors or third parties is not authorised by Messe Düsseldorf.

Optimum performance, of course, depends on your terminal. So make sure you get 5Ghz WiFi support when you purchase your device! For more information also watch our brief video.

The Conditions of Participation for CARAVAN SALON 2024 include guidelines on pricing display and parameters concerning the size of price details and text elements. As there will be inspections of all exhibited vehicles at the show, we would kindly ask you to take note of these guidelines.
