We offer you a wide range of different carrier systems for two-wheelers, regardless of whether they are bicycles, e-bikes/pedelecs or even scooters/bikes.

Here you can fall back on already existing models or also inform us of your individual wishes.

It is also possible to coordinate two-wheel transport systems with the design of the roof rails and rear ladder, which gives the vehicle a particularly balanced touch.

We look forward to receiving your enquiries via our contact form.

Here, technical details or drawings make it much easier for us to prepare offers.

Likewise, expected annual quantities, batch sizes and the desired type of logistical processing are important factors for us for the calculation.

About us

Company portrait

The Alu-Line GmbH
Your competent partner when it comes to aluminium processing ...
... and that for over 30 years!

Alu-Line GmbH was founded in 1985 by Alfons Zimmerer in the Upper Swabian town of Bad Saulgau. Initially, the focus was on contract work such as welding, punching, sawing and grinding of aluminium parts and profiles. Due to the continuous expansion of our company, another production hall had to be built in 1990, this time in Martin-Staud-Straße, where our company is still located today. In 1991 Mr. Ernst Sigmund, the 2nd managing partner, joined the flourishing company. In 1995 a second production hall with integrated administration building was built, whereupon the company headquarters were finally relocated to Martin-Staud-Straße. After the company CampingGaz, which had been responsible for the distribution of our own products until then, was broken up in 1997, we founded the brand EuroCarry, through which we have been marketing our own products throughout Europe ever since. In the year 2000, a new interpretation of the core competences in our company took place. In the course of this, a state-of-the-art CNC department was set up, which enabled the machining of aluminium long parts of up to 6 metres in length on 5-axis machining centres.

Years later, our company was certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000, which opened up further markets for us, such as the automotive industry or medical technology. In 2009, another large and modern production and storage hall was inaugurated, which was equipped with an environmentally friendly photovoltaic system the following year. In 2011, we modernized our "Planning and Design" department and introduced the state-of-the-art CAD software Solid Edge, which sets new standards especially in the field of development and design. Since the end of 2011, our company has been certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008. At the moment, approx. 110 employees are working in our company's production and storage area of more than 11,000m².
Since 2014, we have gained a foothold in the sheet metal processing sector. Through this new business division, we now have the ability to carry out laser cutting, bending and canting work, as well as the fabrication of complex welded assemblies ourselves.
In 2019, the subsidiary Colour-line was founded and since the beginning of 2020 Colour-line has been finishing surfaces at the highest level.
