Nature trail Manternach - Münschecker Share content:

The nature conservation centre "a Wiewesch" is the starting point for the nature trail "Manternach-Münschecker".

Among other things, the trail leads through the national and European nature reserve "Manternacher Fiels" with its unique gorge forest, the largest in the country. Other nature conservation topics are also covered, such as the meadow orchards as an important habitat, or the extensive grazing with robust breeds such as Highland Cattle or Galloways. Very important is also the topic of old and dead wood, which are of great importance for the diversity of species.
