++++ Conditions of participation for the CARAVAN SALON creator competition (WIN) in the competition period from 25 August to 10 September 2023, 23:59 hrs ++++

The prize draw is organised by Messe Düsseldorf GmbH, Postfach 10 10 06, 40001 Düsseldorf, Messeplatz, Stockumer Kirchstraße 61, 40474 Düsseldorf, Germany.

The prize draw will take place from 25 August to 3 September 2023, 23:59 hrs.

Natural persons who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Employees of Messe Düsseldorf GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation. Participation is only possible via the Internet (Instagram). Participation is via an Instagram story, post or reel using the hashtag #meincaravansalon2023. All stories, posts or reels by an entrant using the hashtag #meincaravansalon2023 will count towards entry. Five winners will be selected by the organiser. The prizes offered consist of five product sets (i.e. each winner will receive a package); these consist of: a product set from the trade fair exhibitor THULE (including a fanny pack), 1x Landvergnügen 2023, 1x voucher for Landvergnügen 2024 and one or two products from the "organisation" range from the exhibitor "Fiamma". The winners will be notified by the organiser and will receive their prizes by post.

Only those who meet the above requirements will have a chance to win one of five prize packages. The winners will be determined without recourse to legal action. The winners will be chosen from all participants who have entered and fulfilled the entry requirements. Winners must get back to us with their contact details (name, email address, phone number) within 48 hours of being contacted via direct message on Instagram. If the winners do not get back to us within this period, the prize will be forfeited. The prize can only be claimed as described, is non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash.

The organiser reserves the right to interrupt or terminate the competition or the draw in whole or in part for good cause without prior notice. This applies in particular if circumstances exist which could disrupt or prevent the scheduled running of the competition or the draw, for example in the event of the occurrence of computer viruses, software and/or hardware faults and/or for other technical reasons which entail a not merely insignificant impairment. This also applies in the event that the implementation is not only insignificantly impaired or excluded for legal reasons, as well as in the event of manipulations or attempted manipulations that affect the administration, security, integrity and/or regular and proper implementation of the raffle.

The recipient of the information provided is not Instagram, but Messe Düsseldorf GmbH. The information provided will only be used for notification of a win and for delivery of the prize. All personal data will be deleted within three months after the prize has been redeemed.
