In addition to participation charges, exhibitors are responsible for the following fees to cover advertising and market promotion: for the first 25 m² - € 4.00/m² for the next 25 m² - € 3.50/m² for the next 100 m² - € 3.00/m² for the next 150 m² - € 2.00/m² for space over 300 m² - € 1.50/m² Waste-disposal fee during fairtime: € 2.70/m² (maximum € 1,350.00 for space more than 499 m²)
Co-exhibitor fee (Fee for possible displays and presentations): € 1,000.00
Withdrawal fee before admission: € 1,500.00
Additional exhibitor passes: € 35.29/each
We charge a fee of € 50.00 for each invoice revision requested by you.
